Jerry Kung
Director and Co-Funder
With over 12 years of experience in the consumer products sector, Jerry possesses a comprehensive background that encompasses various roles, including positions in factories and as a senior merchandiser at a leading buying office in Taiwan and China. Before co-founding World Sourcing Ltd, he acquired invaluable insights and a profound understanding of the process and challenges involved in vendor-buyer relations. Currently, Jerry serves as the head of World Sourcing Ltd, where he is dedicated to delivering results and ensuring client satisfaction.
Kevin Lum
Director and Co-Founder
Kevin, residing in New Zealand, possesses over 20 years of experience in the retail sector, particularly in purchasing. He is also the Director of Parallel Imported NZ, a leading company in the bringing tech and perfumes in New Zealand. Kevin has significantly revamped the process of addressing buyer challenges in vendor relations through his extensive experience. Furthermore, he collaborates closely with Jerry to enhance the operational strategies and prodcut roadmap at World Sourcing.
Allan Chen

W.T. Chien
Engineering and Investor
W.T. is a valued shareholder of World Sourcing, with a robust background in Engineering and Material Science, further enhanced by a Ph.D. in Bio-Engineering in Taiwan. Prior to his investment in World Sourcing in 2023, W.T. garnered two decades of experience as an engineer at Foxconn, High profile Taiwanese manufacturer for Apple. His extensive expertise spans various domains, including product development, structural engineering, electronics, and manufacturing assembly, thereby bringing significant knowledge and capability to our team.
Regent Gan
Director of Engineering
Regent joined our Heating Mug division in 2020, following the initiation of this product line by Jerry Begin. Originally from Singapore, Regent first met Jerry in 2018 while both were expatriates in China. He holds a PhD in Aerospace Engineering and possesses a comprehensive understanding of electrical engineering and production line processes, having previously contributed his expertise at Apple in Shanghai. Regent brings extensive knowledge in electronics product development and production line mechanisms to our team, along with a solid understanding of production cost and strategically improving production performance.
Joe Liang
QC Manager
Joe joined our World Sourcing Team in 2022 to oversee the Quality Control and Product Inspection Division. Prior to this role, Joe served as the Head of QC Operations at Asia Combine for over 15 years, where he worked alongside Jerry. During his tenure at Asia Combine, he managed Quality control of multiple categories with an annual value exceeding $200 million USD for reputable clients such as Brookstone, Bed Bath & Beyond, and Things Remembered. His experience spans a diverse range of categories, including electronics, textiles, travel, massage and wellness products, heating mugs, home décor, and novelty gifts. Joe’s extensive background in quality assurance greatly enhances the capabilities of our team.
