Jerry Kung
Co-Founder
With over 12 years of experience in consumer product development and OEM manufacturing, Jerry Kung has worked across factories and senior merchandising roles in Taiwan and China. Before co-founding World Sourcing Ltd, he built deep expertise in vendor-buyer operations, product costing, and production execution. Jerry currently leads product development and OEM strategy across all categories.
Kevin Lum
Co-Founder
Based in New Zealand, Kevin has over 20 years of experience in retail purchasing and commercial operations. He is also the Director of Parallel Imported NZ, a leading retailer of technology and consumer products. His background ensures World Sourcing products are developed with real retail requirements, pricing structures, and market expectations in mind.
Regent Gan
Director of Engineering
Regent joined World Sourcing in 2020 and leads engineering development for electronics programs. He holds a PhD in Aerospace Engineering and previously worked at Apple in Shanghai. His focus includes electronics architecture, production line optimization, and cost control.
Joe Liang
QC Manager
Joe oversees quality control and product inspection across all categories. With over 15 years managing QC programs for major US retailers, he brings extensive experience in electronics, home products, wellness, and consumer goods quality assurance.
Allan Chen
OEM Manager
Allan manages OEM operations and factory programs, working closely with engineering and production teams. He previously worked with Jerry at a major buying office serving US retailers and later gained experience in the IoT sector. Allan specializes in electronics, peripherals, and scalable manufacturing.
W.T. Chien
Engineering & Structural Design Manager
With a PhD in Bio-Engineering and over 20 years at Foxconn, W.T. leads structural design, materials selection, and engineering feasibility. His expertise spans electronics, mechanical design, and manufacturing assembly for mass production.
